Shipping Policy

In stock orders placed through the website will be shipped the next business day. If an item will ship more than three business days from the date of placing your order, you will be notified by email of the expected shipping date.

Shipping rates for your order can be found in your shopping cart prior to placing your order.

SAME DAY SHIPPING
If an item is in stock, same day shipping is available by UPS or FedEX for telephone orders received before noon. Call toll-free 1-800-288-3647 (201-767-7300) if you require this service. Additional fees may apply.

EXCHANGE / RETURN / REPAIR POLICY

We manufacture all our products with great care and quality control. Please let us know immediately if you find something doesn't work as you expect it to.
Unused products may be returned within 30 days of shipment from us for exchange or refund. After 30 days we will accept saleable products for exchange against other products. Please pack your product in the original box and packaging making sure it will not leak in shipment.
